Outdoor Ecological Museum

The site is located in Sheffield, UK. There are many problems existed in the original site, which main include site participation, vegetation type, and industrial structure-function problem.The three pictures reflect site condition problems severally. According to these site problems, the new design provides some ways to improve the site's original conditions. First, although Magna is an outstanding architecture project, the surrounding landscape is pretty simple and boring; for example, the function is only related to car parking and playground. People can not participate in the outdoor environment better, because the site has few effective functional areas and sufficient greening areas, which both have a relationship with the scheme of the landscape.
